RAI is a progressive rock/metal band with a vision to create a musical paradise. The name "RAI" in their native language resonates with the word for "paradise" ("raj"), symbolizing their ambition to craft a sonic utopia through their songs, albums, music videos, and live performances. Comprised of skilled and visionary musicians, the band aims to transport listeners on an unforgettable journey, blending genres, emotions, and musical boundaries. Their performances are a captivating fusion of auditory and visual artistry, guaranteed to leave a lasting impression. 

RAI is most well known for their song Frederick’s Dead, which was featured on EMA 25. This powerful track exposes the overwhelming impact of sensational news and social media on our lives. It reflects on how we are constantly inundated with headlines about tragedies, natural disasters, and violence, ultimately leading to a desensitization to the suffering of others. The song highlights how, in the pursuit of attention, every moment—whether positive or negative—becomes just another piece of content, manipulated and consumed in the endless media cycle.
